Below are the details on the aid stations locations and menu, crew locations, the list of cutoffs and drop bags instructions.
To keep everyone safe at the aid stations:
- Unless something dramatically changes between now and the race, masks will not be required, However, please practice social distancing whenever possible.
- The aid stations will have limited cups. Plan on bringing your own bottle, even if you are running the 25K. All aid stations will still have water, electrolytes and soda, but cups only if needed.
- The aid stations food will be packaged single-serve sweet and salty items, no loose or open items. This will include bars, candies, bananas, chips, other salty snacks, other creative options like Twinkies. Soup and some limited sandwiches will also be pre-packaged and single-serve.
- We strongly encourage you to bring more of your own food in your drop bags.
- Race staff will NOT transport runners back to the finish (medical emergencies excluded). If you decide to drop out, you MUST arrange for your own transportation.
- There will be no littering on the course. You can leave your refuse in the aid stations trash bags.
